Great opportunity based in either Winston Salem, Greensboro, Wilmington, Raleigh/Durham, or Charlotte. A well-respected nationwide broker is looking for a Senior Account Manager who will:
Assist assigned clients and staff with service questions related to administration, billing, claims issues, etc.
Seek cross-sell opportunities and suggest new lines of coverage
Monitor and manage the renewal process for assigned clients.
Prepare marketing information or provide required information to a marketing person.
Conduct quarterly account management visits with assigned clients to review renewal decisions.
Have 5+ years of commercial lines experience in a brokerage environment.
You will be responsible for managing a diverse group of clients in the middle market space including real estate, property management, large GC’s.
They are looking for someone who is -organized, detail-oriented, has a strategic mindset and outstanding communications skills. A Commercial Lines license is required. The role is hybrid and the salary range is up to $100,000, based upon experience.
